We offer the best galvanising service in the country using only Zinga the proven ultra high performance zinc coating system that comes with a 20 year guarantee.
When we install the zinga system it gives you lots of benefits including active and passive anti corrosion and rust protection.. In order to offer galvanic protection you must have a Zinc concentration on the surface coating of at least 92% which we can effectively do as our system comes with a highly concentrated 96% dry zinc film, offering you the best and most comprehensive galvanised coating protection.
Traditional hot dip galvanising there can be weak points in the metals in particular corners and edges however when we install the Zinga galvanising system we coat and detail those areas first so instead of them being weak they become the strongest part of the galvanised coating – that’s galvanising the entire area with extra material and attention given to the weak areas instead of one light weak layer over everything.
Some other advantages are we can blast and galvanise on site with our mobile blasting unit or in house at our blasting facility in our specialist coatings workshop in Navan Co. Meath.
